Please review these terms before creating an account.
Account review and approval
When you register, you agree to provide accurate account and organization information. An administrator must verify and approve your organization before its users can access the workspace.
Seven-day free trial
After approval, your organization receives a seven-day free trial. The trial starts on the approval date, not the registration date. Trial access ends after seven days unless an administrator activates a paid subscription.
Subscriptions and access
After the trial, continued access depends on an active subscription for your organization. Subscription duration, payment and renewal terms will be presented when a plan is made available.
Organization responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private, managing access for your organization’s users, and ensuring information entered into Teledesk is accurate and lawful to use.
Service and changes
We may update Teledesk or these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated through the service or to the contact details associated with your organization.
